Everything happened during World Egg Day ( 09.10.10 ) events in the capital city of Turkey- Ankara. Turkish chefs set a new world record by using 432 liters of oil and 110,000 eggs! The weight of the omlette was ar…ound six tonnes and it was made in 10m frying pan!
Turkish Egg Producers Association staged the world record attempt for the World’s Largest Omelette to promote eggs as a healthy, affordable, primary food source which is easy to prepare:)
